Welcome to A Mate For All, Where Friendship Meets Growth

We use the concept of friendship to reach your NDIS goals because we know that as social beings, we are wired to connect. Friendships aren’t just about companionship, they’re a powerful source of support, motivation, and accountability.

By creating genuine connections, we create an environment where your goals become a shared mission, making them easier to achieve and far more meaningful.

A Little Bit About Us…

A Mate For All isn’t just a service, it’s where real friendships are made. We offer something truly special: genuine companionship.
We’re not therapists or support workers, we’re friends.
Our focus is simple: to show up with care, kindness, and consistency for your child, helping them
experience what it feels like to be truly seen, supported, and understood.

We know that building friendships can be incredibly challenging for individuals with disabilities. That’s why we’re here. To make friendship easier, more accessible, and joy filled.

This is more than just support.
It’s belonging.
It’s connection.
It’s where the magic of friendship begins.

Our Services

What Can’t Friends Do Together?

At A Mate For All, we believe friendship is more than just hanging out. It's about growing, exploring, laughing, and living life side by side.
That’s why we offer a wide range of experiences: all tailored to what you love most.

From one-on-one adventures to fun activities like exercise, pizza and pasta making, arts and crafts, cozy home activities, self-care, community outings, and work experience, we’re here to support you in a way that’s meaningful, enjoyable, and just right for you.

Our why…

A Mate For All comes straight from the heart.

“Growing up with my twin brother, Alessandro, who has severe autism, I saw how hard it was for him to make friends. I was his only friend - and while I cherished that role, I also saw how deeply he longed for connection. His loneliness stayed with me, and it planted a seed that grew into this idea.

Over the years, I’ve spoken to so many parents who’ve shared the same story. Their kids wanted friendship - real, genuine connection. But deeply struggle to take the first step! That’s when it clicked for me: what if we could bring caring, vibrant young people alongside kids like Alessandro… not as “support workers,” but simply as friends?

And the name? Well, we are in Australia… and here, A Mate isn’t just a friend. A mate is someone you can count on, someone who shows up, someone who’s there through it all.

In short… That’s how A Mate For All was born. Here, we call our clients mates and our staff friends, because that’s exactly what we’re about; creating bonds that are genuine, joyful, and lasting.

With love,
Trinity Lembo

Why Friendship?

The absence of meaningful friendships for ALL individuals with can lead to profound challenges; emotionally, psychologically, and socially.

Without friends, many experience isolation, which often brings feelings of sadness, unease, and disconnection.

Friendship is more than companionship; it’s a vital support system. Friends offer encouragement, emotional warmth, and a sense of belonging that helps all of us navigate life’s ups and downs.

For individuals with disabilities, that sense of connection is often harder to find, yet it’s just as deeply needed.

Friendships enrich life. They bring laughter, shared experiences, and moments of joy. Without them, life can feel quieter, lonelier, and far less fulfilling.

At A Mate for all, we’re working to change that - one real friendship at a time.
