At A Mate For All, we love celebrating the creativity and passions of our mates. That’s why we created Mates’ Merch. A place where our young creators can design, showcase, and sell their own products.
Alessandro is not only my twin brother, he’s also the very first Mate to create and share his own merchandise through A Mate For All. In fact, Alessandro is the reason this whole movement began.
From a young age, Alessandro has loved animals and drawing them. His passion inspired our mother to write a book, bringing his illustrations to life. The book uses phonetic learning and splits words into syllables, making reading easier and faster to decode.
This learning style also incorporates hand movements, rhythm, and gestures to reinforce sounds, syllables, and words. It helps with memory, pronunciation, and language development. All while being full of imagination, colour, fun animals, and creativity.
Now, through the Mates’ Merch section, Alessandro has the chance to share his stories with the world and even earn money doing what he loves.
And this is just the beginning! Right now, Alessandro is our first Mate with merchandise, but our goal is to support other Mates to create and sell their own unique products too.

Alessandro is a young artist and lives with autism.
His special interest is animals and is fascinated and spends all his time drawing and researching intricate and detailed facts.
"He sees the beauty that others lack". The purpose of the book is to teach children the English, Italian & Auslan alphabet. Understanding syllables can help children learn to read. Splitting words into syllables helps speed up the decoding process.
Clapping hands helps children develop their motor skills and develop cognitive development. Your child's pronunciation will improve with understanding how to say letters names and read the sounds of each letter.
