At A Mate For All, our staff are called friends and our participants are mates.

Our service is a one-on-one, focused on building genuine friendships through everyday moments.

Through this approach, our friends help our mates work toward and reaching their NDIS goals in a way that feels natural, joyful, and empowering. Whether it’s learning new skills, exploring the community, or simply having someone to share the day with, we believe progress happens best through the power of friendship.

We believe in the power of connection, because we know how tough life can feel without a friend by your side!

Throughout the week and in school holidays, we host group activities too!! - such as pizza & pasta making and arts & crafts, and EVEN FUN GROUP OUTINGS. This is to encourage our mates to practice social skills in a fun, relaxed setting.

Because at the heart of it all, it’s not just support - We’re not just a service.

Cozy Fun! -Home Activities

  • Once you become one of our mates, we take the time to sit down with you to plan activities and set goals that suit your child’s interests. Every activity is designed not only to be fun, but also to support growth, learning, and the development of new skills.

  • At A Mate For All, we believe life is easier with a friend. We use friendship to show that chores aren’t so bad - they’re actually a way to help out around the house while having fun together!

    We make unpacking the dishwasher, cleaning the car, gardening and even ironing FUN!

  • Friendships aren’t just face-to-face. We also offer FaceTime and Zoom calls to help our mates stay connected. This gives them someone to share with, unwind about their week, or simply enjoy a catch-up - all without the need to travel.
